🔧 Programming the Darcap 25
Step 1 – Open the device
Unscrew the Darcap 25 and carefully remove the circuit board from the casing.

Step 2 – Power the board
Option A: Use the drone as power source
Connect the circuit board to the drone using an e-port cable.
Power on the drone to supply power to the circuit board.

Option B: Use the Converter board
Use our Converter board to power the Darcap 25.
Connect a standard USB-C power adapter and the Darcap 25 as instructed.
⚠️ Important: Follow the instructions carefully. Incorrect connections will cause permanent damage to the Darcap 25 and are not covered by warranty.

Step 3 – Connect to your computer
Option A: Direct USB-C connection
Connect the Darcap 25 directly to your computer using the USB-C port.
The device will appear as a network adapter.

Option B: Use the Expansion board
Connect our Expansion board to the USB-C port.
This board provides HDMI, USB, and ethernet ports for additional connectivity.

Step 4 – Access the system
Option A: Via SSH
Open a terminal and access the Darcap 25 using:
ssh user@192.168.55.1
(Replace user with the appropriate username if different.)

Option B: With keyboard, mouse and monitor
Connect a keyboard, mouse, and monitor to the Expansion board for direct access.

Step 5 – Start Programming
The Darcap 25 is now ready. You can begin programming your applications.

Flashing the board
Step 1 – Locate the switch
Find the small switch to the left of the ethernet port on the board.

Step 2 – Flip the switch
Toggle the switch to put the Darcap 25 into flashing mode.

Step 3 – Flashing
The board will now begin the flashing process.
Make sure not to interrupt power during this stage.

💾 Back-up (Recommended)
Also, consider making a backup of the software on the Darcap 25. In case of unexpected software loss due to a programming error, the Darcap 25 can be quickly restored.
